We are hiring a Bilingual Warehouse Receptionist in Bolingbrook, IL to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. This role is responsible for creating a professional and welcoming environment while supporting daily administrative operations.

Location: Bolingbrook, IL

Shift: 1st Shift: 8AM-5:30PM Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: 1st Shift: $18.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
• Manage front desk area to ensure it is clean and organized
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room calendars
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
• Support office management with supply inventory and ordering
• Coordinate visitor check-in procedures and security protocols

Requirements:

• Bilingual in Spanish is Required
• 1+ year of receptionist or administrative experience (preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance and customer service mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
