Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide one-on-one counseling and therapeutic sessions focusing on crisis intervention, assessment, and treatment plans for emotional and behavioral problems.

• Engage in comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their mental health history and current issues, enabling tailored treatment approaches.

• Communicate and collaborate with clients’ family members and support systems to enhance treatment planning and discharge processes.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies.

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary healthcare team in developing individualized treatment plans based on psychosocial assessments and established best practices.

• Utilize electronic medical records software effectively to track patient progress, outcomes, and updates related to their treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds, each with unique challenges and goals. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of three years of professional counseling experience is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
