We have been designated a Great Place to Work for nine consecutive years, and many of our locations have been awarded as Best and Brightest.Compensation:$75,000 annually; direct experience is highly considered.Employment Type:Full-TimeLocation: 42635 Melanie Place Suite 103, Palm Desert, CA 92211What You'll Own:Architect and execute strategic sales initiatives that fuel long-term growthLead high-impact client acquisition efforts in competitive marketsIdentify and engage decision makers including HOA Boards, Developers, and industry partners.Collaborate with senior leadership and marketing to generate leads, craft proposals, and close dealsDeliver compelling presentations and confidently navigate complex negotiationsStay ahead of industry trends and competitor moves and use that intel to winDrive CRM excellence (Salesforce) and ensure every lead is nurtured with precisionBuild, maintain, and leverage trusted relationships within the community association and vendor services ecosystem.Identify and unlock growth opportunities within existing territoriesRepresent the company at key industry events, conferences, and client engagementsA minimum of 3 years in sales leadership or business development within a service-driven industryProven success in high-volume, high-touch business developmentBackground in community association management, HOA vendor services, or related industries strongly preferred.Exceptional communication, planning, and relationship-building skillsAbility to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholdersComfort with travel, evening events, and the hustle that comes with elite performanceAttend both internal and external business development meetings and / or events, which may include but is not limited to; industry conferences and meetings and company hosted business development eventsPossess excellent grammar, spelling and proofreading skillsDemonstrate good common sense, sound judgment, and a high ethical bar.
