Customer Support Specialist

Schedule: Primarily onsite initially, with potential for increased hybrid flexibility, 1 day WFH after ramp up period We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to help build and develop a new Customer Success function for a growing, globally recognized technology company. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, solving problems, and improving the customer experience. The Customer Success Specialist will serve as a key point of contact for customers, owning issues from initial contact through resolution and partnering with Technical Support when additional expertise is needed. You will proactively follow up with customers, manage support cases, help improve customer communication, and use HubSpot to track customer activity, cases, KPIs, and workflows. What We're Looking For 3–5+ years of Customer Success or Customer Experience experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent follow-through and accountability Ability to manage customer issues from beginning to end Comfortable working with technology and modern CRM tools Ability to understand technical products and explain information in a simple, customer-friendly way Proactive, organized, and customer-focused approach Nice to Have Experience with technical products, technical support, help desk/ticketing systems, agriculture, irrigation, turf, sensors, agronomy, AI/automation, or a global customer base is a plus.
