Customer Support Specialist

Aegis is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our client's organization in Aurora, IL. This position is a fully onsite role until ramp up with the flexibility to work ONE day a week remote. The ideal candidate has the following skills and experience:Must have:3-5+ years of Customer Experience or Customer Success experienceStrong interpersonal and communication skillsComfortable working with technology and modern CRM toolsHubSpot experienceAbility to manage customer issues from beginning to endStrong follow-through and accountabilityAbility to understand technical products and communicate them in a customer-friendly wayNice to have:Manufacturing Industry ExperienceExperience with technical products or technical supportAgriculture, irrigation, turf, sensors, agronomy, or related industry experienceExperience with help desk/ticketing systemsExperience implementing or improving customer support processesAI/automation experienceExperience supporting a global customer baseSpanish, Portuguese, or German language skillsYou should be proficient in:Customer ServiceMeasuring and QuotingBusiness-to-Business (B2B)Outside SalesInside Sales #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
