This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while being part of a dedicated outpatient team. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, utilizing various therapeutic modalities that suit the unique needs of each client.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough initial assessments, goals of therapy, and ongoing evaluations of client progress.

• Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions, making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes.

As an LMFT at Overcomers Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family conflicts. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active LMFT license in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
