Join Our Team - Home Health Aides (HHA)

At Summit Home Care, a family-owned and operated agency, we value compassion and reliability in our team of dedicated professionals. We are currently seeking exceptional Home Health Aides (HHA) to join us.  You must be able to speak Georgian and English FLUENTLY to be eligible for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Provide health care services in patients' residences

• Perform domestic and household tasks

• Accompany patients to doctor's appointments

• Assist with errands, as needed

• Help clients with personal care

• Monitor patients and report on their condition

Requirements:

• Active HHA Certification in the state of New York

• Government Issued ID, Social Security Card & Work Authorization, if needed

• 2 Recommendation Letters

• Recent Physical

• TB Screening (Quantiferon preferred)

• Flu shot 

• Rubella & Rubeola titer lab work

• Drug Screen no older than 6 months

• Exceptional staff training and customer service skills

• Compassionate and friendly demeanor
