Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Empathic Sage Counseling, you will:

• Provide therapy sessions for couples: You'll work collaboratively with both partners to navigate relationship challenges, while also meeting with each individual to address personal issues.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments: Identify and evaluate the needs of clients, utilizing a range of assessment tools and methodologies.

• Develop customized treatment plans: Create tailored therapeutic interventions to address the specific dynamics of the family or couple.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions: Lead discussions and activities that promote healing and understanding among family members.

• Document treatment progress and outcomes: Maintain accurate records in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on a diverse range of client issues, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol abuse and dependency

• Experiences of physical and psychological abuse

• Grief and loss management
\n
• Family conflict resolution, including sibling disputes and cut-offs

• Job-related stress and medical issues
\n
• Adjustment issues in blended families, separation, and divorce

• Improving communication patterns among family members

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with an active state license
