This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an SEO Specialist based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to own SEO strategy and execution across multiple client accounts for a growing digital marketing agency. You'll act as a trusted advisor, translating SEO data and technical insights into clear recommendations that drive measurable business results. Your work will span technical and on-page SEO, content optimization, site performance, and emerging search experiences. You'll also help clients improve their visibility across AI-powered search platforms through AEO and GEO strategies. Working closely with content, paid media, web development, and design teams, you'll ensure SEO is embedded throughout broader marketing initiatives. The environment is highly autonomous, client-facing, analytical, and focused on accountability and continuous improvement. Accountabilities

• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits for new and existing client websites using SEMRush and other industry-standard SEO tools.
• Develop and execute on-page SEO strategies, including content optimization, metadata improvements, internal linking, and schema implementation.
• Identify and implement technical SEO improvements related to website architecture, crawlability, indexation, page speed, and overall site health.
• Apply AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to improve visibility across AI-powered search experiences.
• Monitor SEO performance and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, issues, and actionable recommendations.
• Translate SEO findings into clear, practical recommendations that clients can understand and implement.
• Collaborate with content, paid media, web development, and design teams to integrate SEO best practices across client marketing initiatives.
• Manage multiple client accounts, projects, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of execution.
• Maintain accurate task management, documentation, timelines, and project updates using ClickUp or similar tools.
• Take ownership of SEO initiatives from audit and strategy development through implementation, measurement, and ongoing optimization.
• Communicate proactively with clients and internal stakeholders regarding performance, priorities, recommendations, and project progress.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with strong expertise in both on-page and technical SEO.
• Strong proficiency with SEMRush and the ability to turn SEO insights into practical, business-focused recommendations.
• Deep knowledge of technical SEO, including site architecture, crawlability, indexation, schema markup, and page speed optimization.
• Proven experience implementing AEO and GEO strategies for AI-powered search environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to SEO decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, particularly in client-facing environments.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently, taking ownership, and proactively moving projects forward.
• Portfolio, case studies, or other evidence demonstrating successful SEO campaigns is required.
• Familiarity with ClickUp or comparable project management platforms is a plus.
• Experience with Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs is desirable.
• Experience in home improvement, home services, or related industries is advantageous.
• Experience with SEO automation and workflow optimization is a plus.

Benefits

• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time.
