Digital Consulting Senior Manager-Oracle HCM Cloud Global Payroll Implementation Lead

Join our team as the expert you are now and create your future. Senior Managers serve in an outward-facing, hands-on, and multi-faceted role combining project and engagement management, team leadership, and material interaction with clients at both tactical and strategic levels.

• Spend considerable time on client-facing engagements through all project phases (pursuit to delivery).
• Engage in project management and intensive data-analysis to implement impactful recommendations.
• Focus on overall practice development and mentorship of Coachees (when assigned).
• Handle general project/organizational administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience.
• 6-10+ years of experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role.
• 2-4+ years of experience as a functional lead or technical specialist with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
• Deep expertise in non-U.S. and Canadian tax regulations and employment laws.
• Experience with and ability to develop and grow others through effective coaching and leadership.
• Ability to provide industry insights and identify opportunities for value creation based on deep understanding of client challenges.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams.
• Flexible living locations in the U.S. or Canada.

Requirements

• The estimated base salary range for this job is $165,000 - $190,000.
• Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $189,750 - $231,250.
• This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
