Digital Consulting Senior Manager-Oracle HCM Solution Architect (Core HR)

Join our team as the expert you are now and create your future. Senior Managers serve in an outward-facing, hands-on, and multi-faceted role combining project and engagement management, team leadership, and material interaction with clients at both tactical and strategic levels.

• Spend considerable time on client-facing engagements through all project phases (pursuit to delivery).
• Engage in project management and intensive data-analysis to implement impactful recommendations.
• Focus on overall practice development and mentorship of Coachees (when assigned).
• Handle general project/organizational administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience.
• 6-10 years of experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role.
• 2-4 years of experience as a functional lead or technical specialist.

Requirements

• Responsible for leading the design and delivery of end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and scalable system architecture.
• Guide clients through implementation and transformation initiatives, including:
• Requirements analysis
• Solution design
• Integration strategy
• Data migration
• Testing oversight
• Post-go-live optimization
• Serve as a subject matter expert across all HCM modules.
• Translate complex business needs into cohesive, future-state designs while ensuring adherence to Oracle best practices and enterprise standards.
• Coordinate functional and technical teams, provide architectural governance, and guide integration across HCM, ERP, and third-party systems.
• Develop roadmaps, advise on process improvements and system capabilities, and mentor team members.
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
• Experience with and ability to develop and grow others through effective coaching and leadership.
• Ability to provide industry insights and identify opportunities for value creation based on deep understanding of client challenges.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams.

Benefits

• Estimated base salary range: $165,000 - $190,000.
• Eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program.
• Total estimated compensation range (including annual incentive): $189,750 - $231,250.
• Eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans, including medical, dental, and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
