Senior Strategic Finance Manager

To guide strategic growth in a remote environment, the full-time Senior Strategic Finance Manager will partner with Health Plans and Partnerships teams to evaluate trade-offs, drive financial modeling, and translate complex data into actionable insights within the healthcare services marketplace. Key responsibilities Manage financial modeling and data analysis to inform growth strategies and operational decisions Evaluate key unit economics metrics and develop scenario-based top-line forecasts Collaborate cross-functionally to assess strategic assumptions and drive accountability across teams Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, business operations, or FP&A Proven ability to inform growth strategies through quantitative financial analysis Deep understanding of unit economics metrics, including LTV and CAC Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for building financial models Experience translating complex financial concepts into actionable insights for non-finance partners
