Your Mission What You'll Be Doing

• Carry out standard and complex clinical lab testsspanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyondfollowing established guidelines.
• Evaluate results for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and conduct routine maintenance and calibration on lab equipment.
• Support specimen gathering and prepare samples for testing as necessary.
• Keep meticulous records of all procedures, mentor new hires or trainees, and help maintain high-quality standards in the lab.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Your Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications Required

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of employment.
• Commitment to maintaining current certification during your tenure with us.
