Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients’ mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other disorders.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that reflect each patient’s unique needs and goals, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Utilize telehealth technology to facilitate therapy sessions, ensuring engaging and productive interactions with clients in a virtual format.

• Stay current with the latest trends and methodologies in counseling to enhance therapeutic effectiveness and client outcomes.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and refer clients to additional support services as appropriate, fostering a continuum of care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.

• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to discuss client progress and share insights with peers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base from various backgrounds and ages, addressing a wide range of psychological challenges. Your clients may include individuals experiencing stress related to everyday life, those managing chronic mental health issues, as well as children and adolescents facing developmental and emotional hurdles. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
