Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately diagnose emotional and behavioral disorders in clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse range of clients including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship issues. You will also support couples seeking to enhance their communication and resolve conflicts. Our client base includes adolescents and adults, and your ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds and with unique experiences will be essential for success.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Active state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) is required.

• Proven experience in providing counseling services to individuals, couples, and groups, ideally in an outpatient or telehealth setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload capacity.
