Enterprise Pricing Vice President

For our client, we are seeking a Enterprise Pricing Vice President to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will shape enterprise pricing strategy and governance across a complex global organization. You will partner closely with executive leaders and cross-functional teams to turn pricing into a more consistent, scalable driver of profitable growth and customer experience. The position also oversees pricing analytics, technology alignment, and the development of standardized methods through a Pricing Center of Excellence.

Location: St. Louis Park, MN

Compensation: $241,500 – $359,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise-wide pricing vision and governance model.
• Establish governance rhythms to improve consistency and speed of decision-making.
• Build and lead the Pricing Center of Excellence for standardized methodologies and tools.
• Drive pricing as a strategic lever for profitable growth and customer experience.
• Own pricing technology governance and ensure data quality and system alignment.
• Serve as the senior pricing advisor to executive stakeholders.
• Translate complex pricing analytics into actionable business strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive pricing leadership experience in a global B2B industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Significant experience transforming enterprise pricing strategy and governance across complex organizations.
• Deep expertise in pricing strategy, value‑based pricing, and financial modeling.
• Strong understanding of industrial manufacturing and channel-driven sales models.
• Experience with pricing platforms and analytics tools; familiarity with Pricefx preferred.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional partners to drive revenue growth.
