Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, developing detailed treatment plans tailored to individual requirements. Collaborate closely with clients to establish therapeutic goals, providing regular support and guidance throughout their treatment process. Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques—to cater to diverse client preferences and treatment objectives. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, tracking client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes. Patient Population / Client Focus You will provide therapy to a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications A current and valid professional license: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Experience working with a diverse client base, preferably with specific populations such as veterans, LGBTQ+, or those in crisis.
