Salary: $95,000–$120,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience, plus applicable benefits and performance-based bonus opportunities

Our products support advanced engineering applications worldwide, including semiconductor development, signal integrity, telecommunications, and high-frequency measurement.

We are seeking a creative, organized, and self-motivated Marketing Communications Manager to lead our day-to-day marketing activities.

This is a hands-on position with broad responsibility for the company's branding, communications, graphic design, digital marketing, and trade-show presence. The ideal candidate enjoys combining creative work with project management and thrives in a collaborative, technically focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Branding, Graphic Design & Marketing Collateral

• Maintain consistent branding and visual identity across all company communications.
• Create and update product datasheets, brochures, catalogs, presentations, advertisements, and other promotional materials.
• Develop visually engaging graphics and marketing content for digital and print media.
• Collaborate with engineering and sales to communicate technical product information clearly and accurately.

Digital Marketing & Website Management

• Maintain and update website content, including product information, news, application materials, and promotional content.
• Manage the company's LinkedIn presence and other relevant digital communication channels.
• Coordinate digital advertising, email marketing, and other promotional campaigns.
• Support basic search engine optimization (SEO) and website performance improvements.

Trade Shows & Events

• Plan and coordinate HYPERLABS' participation in domestic and international industry trade shows.
• Manage exhibit logistics, booth materials, shipping, vendors, accommodations, and event schedules.
• Coordinate pre-show promotional activities and post-show lead management.
• Work with sales and management to evaluate event effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

Marketing Communications & Product Promotion

• Develop press releases, newsletters, product announcements, and partner communications.
• Support marketing activities associated with new product launches.
• Coordinate promotional activities with domestic and international sales representatives.
• Work closely with engineering, sales, and management to develop accurate, engaging technical marketing content.

Marketing Planning & Performance

• Organize and execute marketing projects, campaigns, and promotional schedules.
• Track advertising performance, marketing expenditures, and campaign effectiveness.
• Provide recommendations for improving marketing activities and resource allocation.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, graphic design, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Approximately 5 or more years of relevant experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, graphic design, or related roles.
• Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or comparable professional design software.
• Experience creating marketing collateral and managing digital content.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, vendors, and deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and independent problem-solving ability.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and nontechnical colleagues.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for trade shows and company events, currently approximately three domestic and one European event annually.

Preferred

• Experience marketing technical products, scientific instruments, electronics, or other business-to-business products.
• Experience managing trade shows and industry events.
• Website content management and basic SEO experience.
• Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms, including Salesforce or comparable systems.
• Experience with digital advertising, marketing analytics, and campaign performance measurement.
• Basic video editing or multimedia content creation experience.
• Experience supporting product launches or working with engineering teams.
