About the RoleWe are seeking a creative, self starter and detail-oriented Marketing & Office assistant to support our current marketing team based in our main office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In this role, you will serve as a Marketing and Office Assistant at FGI Yacht Group, supporting the companys marketing initiatives and daily operations. Working across digital marketing, content development, social media, events, and administrative responsibilities, this position plays an important role in supporting the FGI brand and ensuring seamless internal operations. With a passion for luxury yachting, creativity, and organization, this role is dedicated to delivering high-quality work that supports the companys continued growth and exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities Assist with the implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to promote FGI Yacht Groups services, including brokerage, management, and charter offerings. Assist with MailChimp design and/or edits on a daily basis. Edit photos as needed. Assist with brainstorming and creation of social media content. Assist in the creation of engaging and compelling content, including blog posts, articles, newsletters, and multimedia assets, to showcase our yachts and attract prospective clients. Collect marketing data and metrics for Marketing Director to evaluate campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations. Assist with event planning and execution, including boat shows, client events, and promotional activities, to enhance brand visibility and foster client relationships. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market. Uphold brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing communications and touchpoints. Assist with welcoming clients to the office and directing them in the proper direction. Responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and professional office environment, including light tidying and ensuring space remains orderly. Qualifications & Skills Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. 2+ years of experience in marketing Excellent communication and writing skills with strong attention to detail. Strong visual eye and understanding of luxury branding, design, and aesthetics. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Proficient in Canva, InDesign and Photoshop. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Must be able to travel internationally. Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Public Relations, or a related field preferred. Experience in luxury, yachting, hospitality, travel, real estate, or lifestyle brands preferred. Be part of a small, growing team where your ideas, creativity, and initiative are valued. Work in collaborative, hands-on environment with room to grow.
