Civil Litigation Attorney

The Miami office of Kubicki Draper is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3+ years of civil litigation experience. Prior insurance defense experience is required. Experience working in construction defect litigation is preferred. Requirements Stellar academic credentials. Strong legal research and excellent writing skills, as well as possess strong/persuasive oral advocacy. Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing, required. Your Day-to-Day Must be proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel. Analyzing complex legal issues and providing targeted and effective counsel to clients. Draft and review vital pleadings and motions, respond to discoveries, and drive motions. Communicate in a highly effective manner with colleagues and clients. Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
