Sales Support Coordinator

LHH is partnering with a client in Greensboro searching for a Sales Support Coordinator to join their team due to growth! This role will be onsite M-F 8-5, direct hire with a full benefits package paying $55-65k. Prior sales support and Salesforce experience required to be eligible for this role!

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for Director of Sales
  
• Receive new work orders via email and provide information on various products, pricing, etc.
  
• Utilize internal form generate quote for orders
  
• Create work orders and enter specifications in Salesforce
  
  
• Utilize ERP to track orders and communicate with internal departments (Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Logistics) to provide customer with order updates, delays in transit, extended lead times, etc.
  
  
• Assist Director of Sales with event coordination for incoming Sales staff and/or clients
  

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a sales support role and experience using Salesforce required for this role
  
• Quickbooks and/or additional ERP experience a plus
  
• Must be a self-starter, quick learner, go-getter, and adaptable
