This role focuses on helping participants enhance leadership effectiveness, emotional intelligence, and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Include Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions aligned with leadership goals. Develop personalized coaching plans and track progress toward outcomes. Administer leadership assessments and provide actionable feedback. Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards throughout the coaching engagement. Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role ICF certification (PCC or MCC level preferred). 7+ years of executive coaching experience in leadership or organizational contexts. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in related field. Experience with higher education or nonprofit organizations.
