The Accounting Clerk will assist with accounts payable, reconciliations, data entry, and general accounting support in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Process vendor invoices and assist with accounts payable functions Enter and maintain accurate financial data within the accounting system Assist with bank and balance sheet reconciliations Support expense tracking and documentation for grant-funded programs Maintain vendor records and organize accounting files Assist with month-end close activities and audit preparation Respond to internal and external accounting inquiries Qualifications: 1+ years of accounting, accounts payable, or bookkeeping experience Nonprofit experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Excel, including sorting, filtering, and basic formulas #J-18808-Ljbffr Beacon Hill
