Accounting Clerk-Recent Grads Welcome

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented recent Accounting or Finance graduate to join our growing team. Responsibilities Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes. Prepare account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies. Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities. Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management review. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Support internal and external audit requests. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong academic record with demonstrated analytical capabilities. Internship, co-op, or relevant work experience is a plus but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Experience with ERP systems, accounting software, or Power BI is a plus. Preferred Skills Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statements. Knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis concepts. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
