Accounting Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk/Office Administrator to support our back office operations. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with basic accounting duties to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Prepare and issue invoices to customers Assist with payroll processing and expense reports Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems Prepare financial reports and summaries as neededAssist with month-end and year-end closing procedures Respond to vendor and customer inquiries regarding payments Perform data entry and administrative accounting tasks Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred) Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role Basic understanding of accounting principles Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online and Desktop) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time-management skills Preferred Skills Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures Strong numerical and analytical skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Good communication and interpersonal skills #J-18808-Ljbffr JBA International
