Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand the psychological, emotional, and social factors affecting students' mental health.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical records, adhering to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and compliance.

• Engage actively in collaborative treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team, which includes psychologists, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at refining treatment approaches and improving patient care quality.

• Educate students and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources to promote greater understanding and utilization of available services.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
