Working closely with the Executive Housekeeper, you'll oversee daily housekeeping operations, manage supplies and linens, coordinate maintenance, and ensure our high Hilton standards are met. $18 - $19 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of housekeeping staff to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for all guests.
• Coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to Hilton's high standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage the ordering of supplies and linens to maintain seamless operations.
• Collaborate with the Executive Housekeeper to implement and uphold cleaning protocols and safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and address any issues promptly.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of growth, teamwork, and excellence.
• Facilitate effective communication between housekeeping and other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Experience in leading and motivating a team in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to coordinate and manage daily housekeeping operations efficiently.
• Proven track record of maintaining high cleanliness standards in line with brand expectations.
• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and supply orders effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration with various departments.
• Ability to conduct thorough inspections and address cleanliness issues promptly.
• Experience in training and mentoring staff to foster a culture of growth and teamwork.
