Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining strong connections with clients via teletherapy. The hours for this role are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, giving you the chance to have evenings and weekends free for your personal life.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Telehealth Services: Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, focusing on evidence-based practices to improve client mental health.

• Client Assessments: Perform thorough intake evaluations for new clients and regularly assess existing clients’ progress toward their therapeutic goals.

• Treatment Planning: Develop customized treatment plans in collaboration with clients that address their unique mental health challenges and set achievable goals.

• Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate support and crisis intervention during emergencies, ensuring that clients have access to appropriate resources.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely client records in compliance with Federal and State guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and quality assurance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of clients from various cultural backgrounds while employing a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling is required.

• Licensing: An active Washington State license as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC is essential for this role.

• Skills: Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills; proficiency with telehealth technologies; and a passion for helping individuals achieve better mental health outcomes.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, providing therapy to adult individuals or groups.

Compensation and Benefits\n
