Billing Specialist

Vaco Indianapolis has partnered with a client in the Keystone area in search of a Billing Specialist. This is a full‑time, direct‑hire position working fully in the office. This will be an hourly, non‑exempt position (overtime eligible). Pay Pay range depending on level of experience: $22-27/hour Key Responsibilities Review and process daily vehicle invoices and sales journal entries. Perform vehicle costing and profitability analysis. Process accruals for pending costs and recognize finance‑related revenue. Reconcile customer purchase orders with internal sales records. Review sales tax, DMV fees, and other applicable charges. Follow up with sales and service teams on outstanding items. Prepare billing and management reports. Provide accounting support, including audit assistance. Verify vehicle delivery status and maintain accurate records.
