Key Responsibilities\n

• Document patient interactions and treatment plans accurately and consistently within electronic health records in adherence to established policies and procedures.

• Serve as a resource to healthcare providers and patients by offering guidance, support, and advocacy throughout the treatment process.

• Create and maintain effective relationships with community agencies to facilitate access to additional resources like housing, education, and vocational training.

You will primarily work with individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree (MSW) in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
