Join a busy 41-bed Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit caring for a diverse patient population in a traveler-friendly facility!

Specialty: Med-Surg / Telemetry RN

Shift: Nights | 3x12s (Straight Nights)
⏰ Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements:

✅ Active Massachusetts RN License
✅ AHA BLS Certification
✅ Minimum 2 years of recent Med-Surg/Telemetry experience in one facility
✅ Minimum 2 previous years of travel nursing experience
✅ Must be able to independently read and interpret telemetry strips

Required Skills:

• Cardiac telemetry monitoring
• Interpretation of telemetry strips
• Cardiac drip management
• TR Band management
• High-flow oxygen therapy
• Strong Med-Surg and Telemetry skills

Patient Population:

• Cardiac
• Respiratory
• Metabolic
• Psychiatric
• Substance Use Disorder
• Genitourinary (GU)
• Gastrointestinal (GI)

Unit Details:

• 41-bed Medical Telemetry unit
• Nurse-to-patient ratio:
  • Days: 1:4–5
  • Nights: 1:5–6
• EMR: EPIC
• Travelers float to appropriate units as needed
