Engagify is hiring Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Representatives in Charlotte. We provide paid training for individuals who want to learn sales, marketing, customer engagement, and professional communication while building real-world experience.

No previous sales or marketing experience is required.

If you've worked in a warehouse, restaurant, landscaping, retail, hospitality, customer service, or another fast-paced job, you've probably already developed skills that can transfer into this position.

What You'll Do

You'll work directly with customers and represent well-known brands through face-to-face sales, marketing, promotional events, and customer engagement .

Your day may include:

• Representing brands at events and promotional campaigns

• Building customer relationships
• Learning sales and communication strategies

Training Provided

You don't need a background in marketing.

Our training program teaches you the fundamentals of:

You'll receive hands-on training rather than being expected to figure everything out on your own.
