Remote Collections Specialist

Supporting a newly expanded business unit, the full-time Remote Collections Specialist will manage client onboarding, payment processing, and report generation while working closely with attorneys and billing professionals. Key responsibilities: Assist in client onboarding by gathering financial documentation and ensuring compliance with procedures Process payments, verify entries, and research discrepancies in financial transactions Generate and analyze reports on outstanding balances and collections activities for leadership insights Required qualifications: High school diploma or GED (Associate's degree preferred) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in collections or financial administration Prior billing and collections experience within a law firm environment Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Word and Excel, with familiarity in accounting tools like Aderant and Chrome River preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional interactions under deadline pressure
