NOW HIRING:  Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

ADON Responsibilities Include:

• Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in overseeing daily nursing operations
• Support, train, and mentor nursing staff to ensure quality care
• Help maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in care planning, audits, and quality assurance initiatives
• Step in for the DON as needed and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

ADON  Qualifications:

• New Jersey RN license
• Experience of leading nurses in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
