Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Assist the IT support team with daily help desk operations, including responding to tickets and resolving technical issues.
Shadow experienced technicians to learn best practices in troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
Participate in the onboarding process for new technologies, helping prepare equipment and configurations.
Document solutions and create knowledge base articles to streamline future support.
Take part in team meetings, contributing your ideas and gaining insights into project management.
Support special projects as assigned, allowing you to explore various areas within IT.

WHAT YOU NEED:

A passion for technology and a willingness to learn!
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology , Computer Science , or a related field.
Basic understanding of computer hardware, software applications, and networking.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
A desire to contribute to a team, while also being able to work independently.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) is a plus.

WHAT YOU'LL EARN:

Schedule: 30-40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8AM and 6PM

Compensation: $18 per hour , non-exempt position, paid internship.
