Channel Partner Managers are responsible for sourcing, activating, and supporting partners who drive revenue through inbound and outbound activities. We think of our channel partner managers as full-stack consultants who help our partners grow their business with monday.com. About the Role You’re the boss of your book: Take responsibility for the strategy and execution of your region. This is a quota-carrying role. Identify and recruit potential channel partners based on a data-driven approach. Track, report, and optimize partner performance across their sales, marketing, and consulting functions. Help partners develop & execute outbound strategies that generate new leads with verticalized solutions. Work cross-functionally with the monday.com sales and CS organizations to accelerate deals by filling potential knowledge, product, service gaps with partner offerings. Requirements 5-7 years experience in sales/account management/channel partner management - must have been in a quota-carrying role Experience in working directly or indirectly with Channel Partners/ VARs / SIs/ GSIs Experience in a global work environment. Track record of taking projects from A to Z - we really value and recognize our self-starters. Strong relationship-builder and initiator approach. You move fast. You fail fast. For Denver-based hires only: Compensation Range: $112,000-$145,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience.
