Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to formulate personalized treatment plans that align with clients' needs and objectives.

Qualifications\n

Community Health Network offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
