Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health conditions.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, couples, and groups, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with a dynamic multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and holistic client care.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation while adhering to legal and ethical standards to ensure client confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor will work closely with a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families with limited access to mental health services. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) licensure in the state of California.

• The salary range for this role is between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, based on experience and caseload.
