Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions through online platforms, creating a safe space for clients to share their thoughts and feelings.

• Monitor client progress and outcomes by regularly assessing and adjusting treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to deliver comprehensive care and intervention plans effectively.

• Conduct timely follow-ups with medical personnel regarding clients who have required hospitalization or additional medical interventions.

• Engage and support families and primary caregivers, providing guidance and resources to help them manage mental and behavioral challenges more effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Life Partners Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD $80,000 to $101,000 annually, reflective of experience and productivity.
