We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Territory Sales Representative to help expand the footprint of a MOTHER Partners portfolio company across the California market. Responsibilities

– Build and maintain relationships with retail buyers, store managers, and floor staff within an assigned territory.

– Prospect and open new retail accounts throughout California.

– Conduct in-person sales presentations, product demonstrations, and educational meetings.

– Educate customers on the company’s products, benefits, and consumer experiences.

– Develop and execute territory plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share.

– Track account activity, maintain organized follow-up schedules, and identify new business opportunities.

– Collaborate with leadership to support product launches and promotional initiatives.

– Represent the brand professionally at industry events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

– Proven success in outside sales, business development, or account management.

– Experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, tobacco sales, alcohol distribution, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or other relationship-driven, regulated industries is highly preferred.

– Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

– Ability to build long-term relationships and establish trust with customers.

– Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently.

– Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, with the ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Compensation

– competitive base salary + commission
