Attorney Location: Annapolis, MD Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary Gallagher-Elden Law is seeking a motivated and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our growing Annapolis office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3–5 years of litigation experience and be capable of independently managing cases while collaborating effectively with clients, attorneys, and staff. This position offers the opportunity to handle a broad range of litigation matters from initial case assessment through trial, while working in a professional, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents Conduct legal research and prepare written analyses Take and defend depositions Attend court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials Develop case strategy and provide legal advice to clients Prepare witnesses and clients for depositions, hearings, and trial Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes efficiently Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status and developments Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure effective case management Track billable time and meet productivity expectations Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with the Maryland Bar
• Minimum of

3–5 years of litigation experience

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience handling discovery, depositions, motions practice, and court appearances
• Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional demeanor and excellent client relationship skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
