Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments that guide personalized treatment planning tailored to individual client needs, incorporating evidence-based, solution-focused interventions.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other proven techniques to effectively address client issues.

• Maintain detailed, accurate clinical documentation, adhering to HIPAA and other regulatory standards to ensure client confidentiality and care quality.

• Engage in close collaboration with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, fostering a comprehensive treatment approach.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review sessions aimed at enhancing the quality and effectiveness of care delivered to clients.

You will be working with a diverse range of clients at Backpack Mental Support, including adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotional distress. Your role is crucial in providing a safe space for clients to explore their concerns and work towards achieving their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Colorado.
