ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming an agent, I owned a fitness company, which taught me the value of leadership, discipline, and helping people achieve their goals. The flexibility, growth potential, and opportunity to build a long-term career were what drew me into the insurance industry.

I graduated from Pennsylvania State University and enjoy spending time on the golf course whenever I can. Our agency is also very active in the community through sponsorships, golf outings, and fundraising efforts that support local schools and organizations.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Ryan Hassinger - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
