Overview
Registered Nurse – Med Surg Telemetry travel assignment in Atlanta, Georgia. Start date: 10/05/2026 for a 14-week contract. Weekly pay ranges from $1,630 to $1,722 with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift is 12-hour day shifts, 3 days per week (12x3). You will contribute in a hospital setting on a Med/Surg Telemetry unit that handles general medical and surgical patients with rapid admission turnover. The assignment emphasizes clear communication, independence, and meeting patient needs on a high-volume unit.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to medical/surgical patients on a telemetry-enabled unit, including monitoring of cardiac rhythms.
- Assess patients regularly, document findings, and adjust care plans in collaboration with the health care team.
- Administer prescribed medications, manage IV therapies, and monitor for adverse effects.
- Respond to clinical changes, coordinate admissions and discharges, and communicate effectively with physicians, case managers, and ancillary staff.
- Maintain patient safety, comfort, and education; ensure adherence to infection control and quality improvement practices.
- Support rapid patient turnover while delivering high-quality, individualized care.

Requirements
- Active RN license with Nursys license verification
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience
- Resume with no gaps greater than 60 days; Skills Checklist; References; Certification Card; and ability to load demographic information (badge-ready photo) into profile
- Ability to work in a hospital setting and manage care on a 12-hour day shift schedule
