We're looking for a  Real Estate Assistant – Post Closing to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in ensuring every real estate transaction is properly finalized after settlement by coordinating documentation, assisting with file completion, and supporting the post-closing process from start to finish.

Compensation

• $47,000-$57,000 based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all post-closing documentation to ensure seamless transaction finalization.
• Review and verify the accuracy of closing documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all transactions, supporting team efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to resolve any post-closing issues.
• Assist in preparing and distributing closing statements and other essential documents.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements for post-closing operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of all necessary documents with relevant authorities and institutions.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of real estate, administrative or transaction coordination experience required
• Background in mortgage, legal, financial services, or a similar office environment is a plus
• Highly organized with the ability to keep multiple projects moving efficiently
• Strong computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office and cloud-based software
• Ability to learn new systems and follow established processes with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-service mindset
• Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to producing accurate work
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Professional demeanor when handling sensitive documents and confidential information
• Team-oriented with a proactive approach to supporting coworkers and improving workflows
