Step into a rewarding role supporting student communication and language development within a vibrant Houston-area school environment. As a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll help empower middle and high school students (grades 6–8 and 10–12, depending on your preference) by delivering specialized therapy and assessments that make a lasting difference.

This contract opportunity spans the entire academic year, from August through late May, offering a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. You’ll work on-site at one or more school locations, thoughtfully assigned with consideration of your preferred commute area. The ideal candidate will provide the full scope of school-based SLP services—ranging from individual and group therapy to ARDs, testing, and collaboration with educational staff. Alternatively, if you’re seeking to focus on supervision, opportunities exist for that as well.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid, active Speech-Language Pathology license in Texas
• Relevant state fingerprint clearance (completed or willing to obtain)
• Open to Clinical Fellows (CFYs) eager to grow in a supportive school setting
• Experience or interest in working with varied age groups: middle school and/or high school
• Comfort with a manageable caseload of 50–60 students
• Willingness to perform onsite duties and collaborate within a team environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based speech and language services aligned with IEP requirements
• Conduct assessments and participate in ARD meetings
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes
• Provide supervision if desired, supporting newer clinicians
