Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments that take into account each patient's unique trauma history and mental health needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery, personal growth, and resilience building, leveraging evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to aid clients in processing their experiences.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment for clients.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support for patients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educate clients and families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and community resources available to them.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring all documentation reflects clinical progress.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in team meetings to discuss cases and stay current with trauma-informed care practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, alongside a variety of benefits designed to support our staff:
