Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapeutic strategies for clients.

• Provide therapeutic interventions utilizing a range of evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate group sessions and work with families and couples to foster effective communication and understanding.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive client care, ensuring communication and alignment among healthcare providers.

• Maintain precise clinical records in accordance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards while demonstrating a firm commitment to confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must possess active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• At least two years of clinical counseling experience, preferably in a behavioral health setting.

• A strong understanding of ethical/legal standards related to counseling practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 per year, complemented by a performance-based bonus structure that allows for uncapped earnings potential.
