Key Responsibilities\n

• Design and implement personalized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring thorough examinations and evaluations are conducted to establish effective treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and medical staff, to provide comprehensive, client-centered care that addresses all aspects of a client's wellbeing.

• Maintain accurate and current clinical documentation, adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines to ensure the highest standards of care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay informed about the latest developments in mental health research and practice.

You will work with a diverse client base, including adults, children, families, and couples, covering a breadth of issues such as anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, substance misuse, and more. Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Tennessee is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between $70,000 and $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications, in addition to potential bonuses.
