Sales Manager Job Qualifications

• 3 Years of automotive management experience
• 5 year automotive experience
• Experience in appraising and buying used vehicles
• F&I Experience, Sales management experience
• Valid driver's license
• High School Diploma or the equivalent

Sales Manager Job Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control the activities of the New & Used Vehicle Sales Department and measuring the performance of the employees in those departments.
• Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them
• Oversee the Finance & Insurance Department for producing additional revenue for the dealership by selling F&I programs to customers.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-energy, family-oriented sales environment.
• Responsible for maximizing the return of assets on the variable department.
• Managing New and Used vehicle inventory
